• Initial Small Claims - Recovery Package #1 - FILING FEE + $165.00 up to $175.00

1) We will Prepare your Small Claims Documents (your signature will be required),
2) We will Advance your Filing Fee, if necessary (additional fee will be charged),
3) We will File your Small Claim at the appropriate Superior Court,
4) We will either Fax, Email or Mail your Small Claim to you for your File,
5) We will have your Small Claims Served on the Defendant (One Defendant),
6) After Serving the Defendant we will Create a Proof of Service for the Courts File,
7) We will also have a Conformed Copy of the Proof of Service for your File,
8) and when we complete the package we will Return the Proof of Service to you.
9) We are willing to mail & serve the defendant with your optional demand letter.

PERSONAL/BUSINESS CHECK FILING FEES: If you would like to pay the initial filing fee directly to the court then please mail all your original small claims documents to us along with the:

1st check payable to: Clerk of the Court for the Appropriate Filing Fee of: $30, $50, $75 or $100

2nd check payable to: The Legal Process for the Service Package Amount of: $125.00

This process will take more time to file your case unless specified as a RUSH, which is extra. Please call if you have any questions.

• Post Judgment - Recovery Package #2 - Judgment Debtors Examination!

1) We will Prepare your Judgment Debtors Exam (your signature will be required),
2) We will Advance your Filing Fee, if necessary (additional fee will be charged),
3) We will File your Jugement Debtors Exam at the appropriate Superior Court,
4) We will either Fax, Email or Mail your Documents to you for your File,
5) We will have your Debtors Exam Served on the Defendant (One Defendant),
6) After Serving the Defendant we will Create a Proof of Service for the Courts File,
7) We will also have a Conformed Copy of the Proof of Service for your File,
8) and when we complete the package we will Return the Proof of Service to you.
9) We are willing to serve the defendant with your optional letter, if provided.

• Post Judgment - Recovery Package #3 - Abstract (Credit Buster)

1) We will Prepare your Abstract (your signature will be required),
2) We will Advance all Filing Fees, if necessary (additional fee will be charged),
3) We will File your Abstract at the appropriate Superior Court,
4) We will either Fax, Email or Mail your Documents to you for your File,
5) We will File your Abstract with the County Recorders Office,
6) After Filing your Abstract, the documents will be returned in about 3-4 weeks,
7) The Abstract will be on the Defendants Credit Reports as an Unpaid Judgment,
8) When we are completed with the package we will Return your Documents to you.
9) We will notify you of the results when the entire package is completed.

• Post Judgment - Recovery Package #4 - Bank Levy (Rush - Account Freeze)

1) We will Prepare your Writ & Cost Bill (your signature will be required),
2) We will Advance all Filing Fees, if necessary (additional fee will be charged),
3) We will File your Writ & Cost Bill at the appropriate Superior Court,
4) We will either Fax, Email or Mail your Documents to you for your File,
5) We will Serve the Writ & Levy on the Bank for Garnishment,
6) After the Bank Levy you will be notified through the Sheriffs Department,
7) When we are completed with the package we will Return your Documents to you.
8) We will notify you of the results when the entire package is completed.

• Post Judgment - Recovery Package #5 - Wage Garnishment (up to 25%)

1) We will Prepare your Writ & Cost Bill (your signature will be required),
2) We will Advance all Filing Fees, if necessary (additional fee will be charged),
3) We will File your Writ & Cost Bill at the appropriate Superior Court,
4) We will either Fax, Email or Mail your Documents to you for your File,
5) We will Serve the Levy on the Employer for Garnishment,
6) After Wage Garnishment you will be notified through the Sheriffs Department,
7) When we are completed with the package we will Return your Documents to you.
8) We will notify you of the results when the entire package is completed.

• Post Judgment - Recovery Package #6 - Vehicle Levy (Auction Sale)

1) We will Prepare your Writ & Cost Bill (your signature will be required),
2) We will Advance all Filing Fees, if necessary (additional fee will be charged),
3) We will File your Writ & Cost Bill at the appropriate Superior Court,
4) We will either Fax, Email or Mail your Documents to you for your File,
5) We will make sure that the Sheriffs Office gets the Vehicle Levy completed,
6) After Levy is Served, you will be notified through the Sheriffs Department,
7) When we are completed with the package we will Return your Documents to you.
8) We will update you of the results when the entire package is completed.

Wage Garnishment: We do not guarantee results of the vehicle levy at the time the process is completed on the defendants vehicle. If the defendants vehicle has recently been transferred to a new owner and it is not in the name of the defendant on the title then the vehicle may not be levied, but is determined by the Sheriffs Office. The sale of the vehilce at the auction does not guarantee that you will get your judgment paid off. There are costs involved in all vehicle levies at the auction which will be paid from the proceeds. You will get your money, if any, from the Sheriffs Office, depending on the amount of the vehicle sale.

There is a $1,000.00 deposit (San Diego County Only) for Vehicle Levies and your check must be prepaid to: "San Diego County Sheriff".

Your check must be made payable to: "San Diego County Sheriff" in the amount of $1,000.00 and please put in the Memo: YOUR CASE NUMBER!

Since the amount is more than a normal court filing fee, we require that this fee be paid directly to the "San Diego County Sheriff" by the customer, client or attorneys office.
