How do you change the Margins and Page Setup? 1.) Go to: File, Page Setup, then

Hit the Tab Key Five (5) times or go to the Margins (inches) Section Below and to the right (it contains: Left, Right, Top & Bottom margin settings in numerical form, i.e.: 0.75)

At this time please make a note of your Margins!
2.) Write down your margins on paper or a computer note!

How do you change the Margins?
3.) Now you can change your margins so our form fits your printer margins:

Please change your Page Setup to: Left & Right to: 0.25" and Top & Bottom to: 0.50", they can be changed back to your defaulted settings later, that is why we ask you to write them down.

The margins should be temporarly changed so that the entire form can be printed properly onto a page so that the left and right sides do not get cut off from the normal margin settings which are usually 0.75" or 1".
- Most printers support the margin changes!
- Your printer may tell you that you are printing ouside of your margins but you can check the margins before you print and waste paper in the Print Preview Mode.

How do you use the Print Preview Mode?
4.) Go to: File, Print Preview. (Make sure that you View Full Width - Alt+W)

You should be albe to see if the Left, Right, Top & Bottom Margins were cut off and if they were cut off then you will need to play with your Margin Number Settings to get it to print properly.

Laser printers can typically print to 0.25".

Ink Jets are usually touchy so you may have to mess around with the margins to get it to work.

How do you change back to the default Page Setup settings?
5.) Finally go to: File, Page Setup, then

Hit the Tab Key Five (5) times or go to the Margins (inches) Section Below and to the right (it contains: Left, Right, Top & Bottom margin settings in numerical form, i.e.: 0.75")

Enter the margins that you wrote down earlier and hit ok

You are done and back to your default settings!
