• We require a deposit by check or credit card before any services are started.

• We estimate the price but the final invoice could be higher due to circumstances.

• If a client requests additional services per email, fax or phone then additional fees will be charged to the credit card on file for those additional services.

• Any and all fees, in addition to the original estimate, can change due to unforeseen circumstances for service of process due to the nature of field issues like: vacant property, moved out, bad address, evasive party, field locate, database locate, new address located, new address service fee, rush services, etc...

• Any and All deposits will be deducted from the balance (if any) and if you or your office requests to pay the balance by check then payment is due within 7 days, if payment is not received we will charge the balance to the credit card on file.
