STEP 4: GO THROUGH THE PAYMENT PROCESS ONLINE TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER,

STEP 5: PRINT YOUR RECEIPT AND EITHER EMAIL, FAX OR MAIL US YOUR DOCUMENTS FOR SERVICE!

STEP 6: WHEN WE GET YOUR ORDER WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO VERIFY PAYMENT AND THAT WE RECEIVED YOUR DOCUMENTS.

Step #1: Fax, Email or Mail us your Documents (Fax Guarantees out within 48 hours),

Step #3: Next, you only have to Press the Proceed to Checkout button and it will either ask you for your PayPal Login Information or if you do not have a PayPal Account then Press where it says, "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here".

Step #4: Finally, if you have a PayPal Account then just follow the instructions on how to pay and if you do not have a PayPal Account then it will ask you for your credit or debit card information (AX, Discover, M/C or Visa), billing address, email address, home telephone and security code. INFORMATION

• We initially charge $63.00 for the 1st party which includes serving the 1st party plus a small Convenience Fee of $3.00 plus shipping and handling of $2.00 (return copies to you).
• We initially charge $47.00 for any additional party which includes serving the additional party plus a small Convenience Fee of $2.00 plus shipping and handling (if any).
• Any return of documents to the sending party due to non-service or mailing documents to a party that is being served via substituted service will require a mailed copy per the State of California and it is an additional fee which is added as Shipping in the PayPal Checkout Cart depending on the total amount.
• Out of State Regular Serving may require a Notary of the Affidavit or Proof of Service which is an additional fee. See Other Services.
• We attempt all service of process starting 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. vs. the Sheriff's Office which is usually Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and with 2 to 4 limited attempts.
• Initial fee until job is completed. Approximately 90% of our process serving is completed.
• Additional process serving fees could still be applied, depending on the circumstances i.e.: database research, fuel charge, locating newer address, skip tracing, rural areas, etc...
• An additional Convenience Fee will be charged (credit or debit cards only) when using our merchant PayPal account.
• All major metropolitan areas are covered for limited attempts, determined by our office!
• NO REFUNDS AFTER SERVICE HAS BEEN SENT OUT FOR PROCESS.
