It is understood and agreed that business transactions are conducted electronically that the credit/debit card or checking account not be present with TheLegalProcess.com in order for charges to be valid and that the validity of such charges will not be challenged for that reason. It is understood that the person, firm or company (herein referred to as the "client") is to whom the credit is granted. If credit is granted it is understood and agreed that your credit/debit card or checking account will be used as a guarantee of payment and that all invoices are due and payable immediately and will be charged to the client's credit/debit card or checking account in the event that invoices are not paid online by credit/debit card within 2 days from the date of services rendered or not paid by check (mailed) within 10 days from the date of services rendered. The client may have a third party pay an invoice(s) directly to TheLegalProcess.com. However, it is understood and agreed that TheLegalProcess.com has no relationship with such third parties and has no obligation to collect from them. Payment obligation rests solely with the client to whom credit is granted and TheLegalProcess.com will hold that client liable for payment and any invoices, late fees and interest. TheLegalProcess.com reserves the right to restrict the credit of any client for any reason. It is also agreed to that this contract is negotiated in San Diego, California. It is understood that by signing this online agreement you agree to out terms and conditions of use.

By submitting this online order form, you also agree to all of our terms and conditions and payment policy on the website and that no refunds will be issued after service has been started. You also agree to prepay a deposit via credit/debit card before we start your services and prior to sending out your documents to be processed. You agree to our terms and conditions and payment policy by any form of submission. By submitting this request you have read our terms and conditions and payment policy.

I understand that all phone quotes are considered as an estimate and that the price may change due to the nature of the requested services or the final outcome of the services provided (i.e.: Rushes, Copies, Postage, Fuel Charge, Rural Service, Overnight Shipping Returns, Stake Outs, Research, Postal Searches, Field Locates, etc…). I understand that the fees could be higher (i.e.: service of process) and I will authorize any additional amounts beyond the TBD or NOT TO EXCEED amount due to the nature of the case beyond our normal routine for our services. This online order form will be received along with your credit/debit card and checking account information which will be charged for your services.

I understand the charge for the above service or services is Non-Refundable, Non-Revocable, and Non-Contestable.

I waive my right of refund and/or to dispute the charge. If I dispute this charge I will owe in additon to my total charge a $40 Credit/Debit Card Dispute Fee (Any Chargeback Initiated), plus Late Fees, plus Interest from the due date and it will be charged to the credit/debit card or to be processed from my checking account.

It is understood and agreed that a faxed copy or online submission of this agreement will be considered an original document. I hereby certify that I am either the holder of the above referenced credit/debit card or have been authorized by the holder of said card, to use it to pay for services provided by TheLegalProcess.com.

I understand that a convenience fee and shipping/handling fee will be added to the total charge.
