  • To sign up as a client, you must fax, email or upload your documents online before we issue a user name and password.

  • You must have a valid credit card on file as payment for any and all services or online services and the expiration date must not be within six (6) months!

  • We accept business checks (personal checks are not accepted unless you are a previous customer who has prepaid in the past by personal check, three way calling verification with your bank is required to verify your balance) as an over the fax/EMAIL/phone order.

  • We require a check by FAX/EMAIL/phone authorizaion form to be filled out when services are REQUESTED by the client.

  • all customers, If paying by check, you will still need to submit a credit/debit card authorization form, due to the nature of nsf checks, stop payment on checks, closed accounts on checks, etc...

  • We also accept paypal or credit/debit cards for services. You would either print & fax, scan & email or print & mail your order with our online order form along with the credit/debit card authorization form for services.

  • We charge a 5% convenience fee to all services.
