DELIVERIES & COURT FILINGS

Deliveries, Messenger Services or Court Filings are done at the request of the client.

Regular: completed within 5 business days or sooner, depending on the area.

Next Day: completed the following business day, but called in the day before.

Same Day: completed the same business day, but called in before 9:00 a.m.

Immediately: completed asap, called in after 9:00 a.m.

NOTE: If you are not on a monthly retainer program with The Legal Process or you are planning on becomming a new retained client, BUT you need our services for a small to large delivery then you will need to PREPAY A DEPOSIT OF $300.00 OR MORE (determined by our office at the time of the call) BY CREDIT CARD, NO CHECKS WILL BE INITIALLY ACCEPTED at the time of the order.

REFUNDS: If the delivery fee is below the deposit that was prepaid and we owe you a refund then we will mail a refund check within 45 days. Expect your refund between 30 to 45 days.

IF YOU ARE NOT ON A MONTHLY RETAINER PROGRAM: Fees will be doubled if you are a one time client and are not on a monthly retainer program when utilizing any Court Filing or Delivery.

Our delivery service packges are usually sealed by the client unless it is a court filing. We normally do not know the contents of the sealed package unless you have referenced the documents on the outside of the package. Some clients will inform us, as to the contents, for legal knowledge.

If a package is larger than normal, the contents must be logged and posted for security reasons.

A pick-up fee will be charged if you are not on a monthly retainer agreement and prepayment is required per the note above regarding a deposit. The pick-up fee will also depend on where the package is to be picked-up and how far we have to travel to pick-up the package. In addition to the pick-up fee there will also be a delivery fee to the destination zone. All deliveries are one-way.
