Our Goal

We have experience within the automobile industry for many legal necessities. We do a lot of work out in the field which allows us the opportunity to locate and help recover vehicles that need to be repossessed due to clients who abuse the finance agreement.

Our main focus is to locate the vehicle that was purchased from your dealership and to assist in the recovery. This will help you recover your assets due to a default on the agreement.

Vehicle Locate & Recovery Process

When our private process servers or staff is out in the field we will be actively trying to locate that vehicle so you can start the repossession process. We ask that you get us a spare key to the vehicle so we can safely move it to a repossession location for the towing company. If you do not have a spare key then the process must be handled more delicately.

How do we locate the vehicle?

We have many database and field locating resources to find a person but the goal is to know where they reside or to locate their employer. Once we have the important information we can usually locate the vehicle for repossession. This is not a guarantee.

How do we recover the vehicle?

Once we locate the vehicle we will contact your repossession company with whom you have a contract with or your vendor. We will inform them on the whereabouts of the vehicle at the time we are with the vehicle. Assuming we do not have a spare key, the towing company must act fast to get the vehicle picked up or we may have to follow the person if they leave the scene.

If we wait for the towing company to show up and the person who is still in possession of the vehicle leaves the scene we will start the following procedure, again assuming we do not have a spare key to the vehicle.

Once we get to a final destination we will contact the towing company again to pick-up the vehicle.

Do you have a spare key to the Vehicle?

Our suggestion is to always have at least 1 spare key and tagged for that vehicle. Hopefully your company has made a spare key to the vehicle, if not it can make our job more difficult and can cost your company more time & money.

Our Locate Fees

*All Database Locates, Field Locates, Recovery Services, Waiting Time and Mileage is considered separate fees and are not considered a package fee at this time. (Example: Database Locate (Residential) plus Recovery Service equals a minimum of $10.00 plus $40.00 for a total of $50.00).

Note: If you have volume, regarding our Vehicle Locate & Recovery Services, then give us a call for a quote! The fees for volume services will be advertised online by the end of the year.

Future Goals

Our private process servers and staff will currently work on locating those vehicles that you need to recover and we are working on newer ideas to save your company time and money.

Our staff and contractors ask that you be patient while the vehicle locate and recovery process is being worked on. This is not an overnight service like process serving and it can take several weeks or months to finish the process.
