We get numerous calls regarding our web site from customers and the general public asking how we got started and how did you get in the industry? We started in this field in 1992 and we are still growing. We got into the industry working as contractor's for local attorney services and then started getting clients after we stopped working for other companies. It works once you get known in the industry as a process server. Of course, if you do it part-time the process can take longer for you to get clients and make the money you want or if you do it full-time like us and you work smart then it can pay off sooner. We initially invested about $5,000.00 to properly start our company and we paid it off within 3 to 6 months of starting the business, but it was a lot of work for a start up company and we had no support. We now own everything in the office and we upgrade our computers every 2 years. We constantly work on saving: our clients time, money, the company money, internal costs, employee costs, etc... |
What is the process to start? We are now offering to assist anyone who is over 18 years of age, no felonies or misdemeanors on your record, must be able to get bonded, must pass the Department of Justice background check, Submit a Live Scan of Fingerprints, File your paperwork at the county to become a registered process server and we will pay the fees to: the county where you live, Department of Justice, Bond, Live Scan Fingerprinting, etc... It is usually under $300.00 for a 2 year license and bond with the background check and fingerprinting. Errors and omissions insurance is additional. |
How long does the initial process take? The process will take about two to four weeks or so to get you fully up and running. It will take time for you to get clients by direct advertising in your local area, web site design with customized fees for your local area (licensed logo by us with the added city or county name added to the logo) but with a different domain name for your city or county that you reside in, assit with online advertising and once the initial branch office payment is completed then we will upload your web site. |
What is the yearly branch office fee? It is a yearly fee that we charge to license the use of our logo, web site design for your local area and web site hosting plus forms, software (mo. fees not included) and support. At this time we have included the web site hosting and domain name. |
What are the fees involved? There is only the initial branch office fee (start up costs) and a yearly branch office fee (support) for the licensed logo, web site and web site hosting plus support. |
Are there any additional fees involved to a potential branch office owner? NO, there are no additional start up fees involved, you will own your company as a DBA, Partnership or Corporation depending on what you want to establish yourself as within your district. We will include the licensing of the logo, web site, web site hosting and support within the yearly branch office fee. We include with the initial branch office fee the following: all initial registeration fees to become a registered process server (roughly $300.00), the initial DBA, Partnership or Corporation fees to the county or state (in CA you can incorporate for about $200.00), see more details below. After the 1st year ends you will be required to pay the yearly branch office fee of $500.00 per year. |
What are all the fees? The initial branch office fee is $2,000.00 which includes the 1st yearly branch office fee, our company designing the customized logo for your company, designing a similar web site for your company with customized fees for your local area, getting the best domain name, uploading your web site to the hosting company, support for online advertising plus forms, software (mo. fees not included) and support. After the 1st year the yearly branch office fee is $500.00. We will maintain and update the web site on a weekly basis so if your fees need to be increased or decreased in certain areas then we will take care of it ASAP. Computers, Laser Printers, Network Components, Furniture, Office Supplies and a Location are additional costs that you will need to provide and is not part of our branch office license fee. So your total initial fees are $2,500.00 for the 1st year initial branch office license fee, a 2 year license and bond in CA, 1 year for a corporation if you choose to be a corporation, the set-up of your company web site, web site hosting, domain name, logos, forms, software, and support. We get you started and all you have to do is to market your company locally and work on getting clients. You will also be getting clients from online in other counties and states. Again it will take time to grow the business. |
AREAS AVAILABLE: There is a limit of one branch office in each county in the State of California, unless the county is large enough to support more branch offices, which is determined by our corporate office. Other states will be divided equally to the areas and will be determined by our office. Make your inquiry today and we will help you get your own branch office established. The California Counties below are available: Southern California Counties: Imperial, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino (Excluding the Mountain Areas) and Ventura.
