How to get your paperwork out for service today!
Step #1: Fax, Email or Mail us your Documents (Fax Guarantees out within 48 hours),
Step #2: Press, Add to Cart button above on the Party or Parties to be served and/or the optional Rush Service (Per Party),

Step #3: Next, you only have to Press the Proceed to Checkout button and it will either ask you for your PayPal Login Information or if you do not have a PayPal Account then Press where it says, "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here".
Step #4: Finally, if you have a PayPal Account then just follow the instructions on how to pay and if you do not have a PayPal Account then it will ask you for your credit or debit card information (AX, Discover, M/C or Visa), billing address, email address, home telephone and security code. INFORMATION
- Individual Service
starts at $65.00 for the 1st party which includes service of process
plus a small Convenience Fee of $3.00 plus shipping and handling
of $2.00 (return copies to you).
- Business Service
starts at $60.00 for the 1st party which includes service of process
plus a small Convenience Fee of $3.00 plus shipping and handling
of $2.00 (return copies to you).

Additional Service starts at $45.00 for one (1) additional party which includes service of process plus a small Convenience Fee of $2.00 plus shipping and handling (if any).

Any return of documents to the sending party due to non-service or mailing documents to a party that is being served via substituted service will require a mailed copy per the State of California and it is an additional fee which is added as Shipping in the PayPal Checkout Cart depending on the total amount.

Out of State Regular Serving may require a Notary of the Affidavit or Return of Service which is an additional fee. See Other Services.

We attempt all service of process from as early as 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. including weekends vs. the Sheriff's Office which is normally Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and with limited attempts which is normally from 2 to 4.

Initial fee until job is completed. Approximately 92% of our process serving is served.

Additional process serving fees could still be applied, depending on the circumstances i.e.: database research, fuel charge, locating newer address, skip tracing, rural areas, etc...

additional Convenience Fee will be charged (credit or debit
cards only) when using our merchant or

All major metropolitan areas are covered in San Diego County, determined by our office!

Limited Attempts depends on the area of service determined by our office manager and Unlimited Attempts are for Major Metropolitan Areas, determined by our office manager.
