RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE - NATIONWIDE PROCESS SERVER RULES

We have provided the below links that are the portions of state code pertinent to process serving.  Within each state the features differ for the rules concerning service of state papers, but national law supersedes any local codes: in the event of serving federal papers, consult Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Chapter 2, Rule 4.
