Cheryl Kyler attended the University of Florida in 1973, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Business Management. Ms. Kyler attended the USD Paralegal School in 1984, with an emphasis in Bankruptcy & Litigation.  She also graduated from SantaFe Community College in 1971 She is a member of the San Diego Council of Black Lawyers, participates in the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program and is a Notary Public.
