Refund Policy: No Refunds once a job has been started internally by any staff member.

Efficiency: All regular service of process is attempted within 48 to 72 hours of receipt.

- Average court filing time within East, South & Central Divisions is between 20 to 40 minutes and Vista is between 60 to 90 minutes.

A) The company will guarantee your firm a savings from 10% and possibly up to 30% each month from your current rates.
B) If your firm does not notice a savings from 10% and possibly up to 30% savings each month from your current rates then the company will offer discounted services to make up the difference. (Accounting proof must be provided).

D) All competitive attorney service prices will be beaten, when possible.
E) The company requires the original advertisement, original business package or the original proposal that was presented to your company for inspection by us.
F) The proposal must reflect a volume discount for your local San Diego County locations.
